Xede Store Affiliate Program
Terms and Conditions
Each customer of Xede Store/CFT Distribution has the opportunity to recommend one or more products offered by Xede Store to any person and to receive a commission when that person makes a purchase. The following conditions apply:
- Each customer wishing to become an affiliate will have personalized links to recommend Xede Store products. When a new contact clicks on this link and makes a purchase, the affiliate will receive a commission in the form of a voucher on Xede Store. Only professionals will be able to request a cash payment, and this on invoice.
- Only purchases by a person who is not yet a customer of Xede Store are subject to commission.
- The purchased product must be included in the list of products on which a commission is offered (called qualifying products)
- Any purchase of a qualifying product by the new contact during a period of six months from his first visit to Xede Store may give rise to a commission
- The rule of precedence applies, i.e. in the event of a new customer being brought in by two different affiliates, the new customer will be attributed to the affiliate on whose link the new customer clicked first.
In addition, the following specific conditions apply to the affiliate program:
1. Xede Store grants each affiliate a non-exclusive right to commercial prospecting on behalf of Xede Store in order to identify potential customers for Xede Store. This prospecting must be carried out solely using the affiliate links provided by Xede Store.
2. In carrying out its affiliate activity, the affiliate must in particular:
- have Xede Store approve in advance any written or visual advertising (including on the internet) that is not provided to it by Xede Store
- refrain from creating any website intended exclusively to sell one or more products marketed by Xede Store.
3. In the event of non-compliance with these conditions, Xede Store may unilaterally terminate a customer's affiliation.
4. Xede Store reserves the right to claim damages in the event of bad faith, fraud or any other activity that would be contrary to the spirit of this agreement and harmful to Xede Store or the companies whose products Xede Store markets.
5. Applicable law
The law applicable to this contract is French law in the courts of France.
